Social Media Management
In the Social Media Management project for Dr. Siti Marliah’s Beauty Clinic, we were initially entrusted with managing the social media for the launch of a new equipment at the clinic, the Endymed Pure. The Diboost team immediately conducted market research and a SWOT analysis for this beauty equipment. Based on our findings, we concluded that this was the only device of its kind in Medan, offering a range of unique advantages. As a result, we recommended to our client to host a marketing event aimed at driving sales and showcasing the new beauty services utilizing this equipment.
We developed content strategies, focusing on educating the audience about the new device and providing a preview of the event to drive attendance for the marketing event. However, after further analysis, we discovered that Dr. Siti Marliah’s clinic had a strong base of loyal customers. Therefore, we decided to focus the event on this loyal customer group, in addition to attracting potential visitors from social media marketing efforts.
To expand reach and enhance the likelihood of success, we also used Meta Ads to drive event attendance. As a result, we achieved the targeted attendance for the event. The event marketing campaign successfully sold 70% of the available promotional offers, with a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 130%.
Following this, we were entrusted with managing the social media for Dr. Siti Marliah’s clinic with the goal of introducing other services that utilize this new beauty equipment, aiming for a broader reach than before.
