The Golden Mansion 1 and 2 are residential developments under The Golden Corp, located in Medan, North Sumatra. In this project, we were entrusted with creating ad content and running a Meta Ads campaign (Instagram & Facebook). Through the Meta Ads campaign, we successfully generated over 30 leads within a one-month period, achieving a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 20%.
